WireMasters Announces Promotions and Expansion

WireMasters is excited to announce Drew Love will serve as the new Director of Sales and Operations and the expansion of the company with a new Business Development and Marketing Department, led by Rush Holladay.

Drew Love has been with WireMasters since 2003 and will serve as the new Director of Sales and Operations. In this role, he will oversee all Account Executives, National Account Mangers, Operations and Sales Support personnel. In his most recent role as Operations Manager, Love has developed many initiatives that have positively impacted the company. With his knowledge of the industry and creative problem solving skills, he has the talents needed to continue exceeding customer expectations and advancing the effectiveness of WireMasters’ sales team.

Rush Holladay, WireMasters’ current Sales Manager, will be the new Business Development & Marketing Manager.  Holladay has been with the company since 2008. In his new role, Holladay will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with our suppliers and customers, and will also oversee all marketing efforts.

Caleb Thurman has been promoted to Operations Manager.  Thurman has been WireMasters’ Value Added Services Manager since 2012.  He will continue to lead that department in addition to his new responsibilities.  Thurman holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.

Patsy Houghteling will be assisting Mr. Love in her new role as Sales Support Manager.  Houghteling has been in a Sales Support role with WireMasters since 2002, and her extensive experience will be a great contribution to the management and sales teams.

Anthony Bickimer and Amanda Kole will be assisting Mr. Holladay in the Business Development & Marketing department.  Bickimer will serve as Web-Developer and Marketing Specialist, and Kole will serve as a Marketing Specialist. Bickimer joined the team in 2013 as part of the Management Information Systems department and has a strong background in graphic design and website construction.  Bickimer has a degree in Business Information Technology.  Kole has been a part of WireMasters since 2012 in a sales support role, and holds a degree in Public Relations with strengths in writing and design.  Brad and Brent Hill, sons of owner David C. Hill, will also play a key role in the new department. Both will maintain their current human resource and marketing responsibilities , while expanding their roles in marketing.

Along with the new roles listed, Patti Cole and Tammy Duncan will be moving into new positions and Harley Pope has been hired to replace Kole in a Sales Support role.  Cole will be the newest member to our purchasing department and Duncan will serve in the newly created role of Order Quality Support.  This role continues WireMasters’ focus on unparalleled customer service, as she will audit all orders to eliminate input errors.
